1 cup of honey

2 tbs browning

2 tbs molasses

4 tbs butter (melted)

2 cups of sugar

2 tbsp guava jam

2 cups of mixed peel

(FOR GLAZE:)

1 tbs butter

3 tsp jam

1 tbs honey


Dry ingredients

8 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour

2 tbs of baking powder

1 tbs Jamaican mixed spice

1 tbs of nutmeg

1/2 tsp allspice

1 tbs of salt

2 eggs (tsp of orange peel grated)
