When I plugged the dex in as recommended the device did not boot up, all it did was slow charge. I could hear the fan running but nothing else.
After playing around with the cords I accidently plugged the phone in before the power was connected and it actually worked,but still the keyboard and mouse failed to work.
10 More experiments later I found if I connected a bluetooth device first than plugged the phone onto the dex than plugged the power cord in everything would work.
