2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tsp five spice powder

SAUCE
3 cubes fermented red bean curd
2 tbsp gravy of fermented red bean curd
4 tbsp water

6 tbsp oil

6 cloves minced garlic
700ml water
2 tsp dark caramel sauce
