Welcome to “Gothic II”, a 3D RPG developed by Piranha Bytes and published by JoWooD Productions in 2002. We play an unnamed convict who (in the events of the previous game) saved the island of Khorinis from destruction by a demon known as The Sleeper. However all is not well - as he died, The Sleeper called out to the evil creatures of the world to gather, and gathering they are. The most prominent of these creatures are the Dragons, who are gathering armies in preparation for destroying humanity. Such is the way of these things, only we can prevent this certain doom - will we be up to the challenge?
