An Auckland based medicinal cannabis company has been granted use of the iconic New Zealand Made kiwi logo.

Helius Therapeutics will use the logo as international demand for cannabis products skyrockets.

Buy New Zealand Made Executive Director Ryan Jennings says the global market will reach around $200 billion dollars by 2025.

"If we could even take a 1% share of that, that's $2 billion dollars in export receipts per year"
