Argentina has confirmed that six of the victims of Monday's truck attack in Manhattan were Argentinian nationals.
Five of them died, and the foreign ministry confirmed that one other survived and is being treated in hospital.
They were friends visiting the city to celebrate the 30th anniversary of their high school graduation.

The death of a woman from Belgium was confirmed by the Belgian foreign minister Didier Reynders, who said she was on a trip with her mother and sister.

The suspect in the attack, 29-year old Uzbek national Sayfullo Saipov, is in custody.
Saipov drove a truck down to a bicycle path in New York, mowing down pedestrians, and crashing into a school bus.
He jumped out of the truck he had rented and as he brandished two guns, police shot him in the abdomen.
The guns turned out to be a pellet gun and a paintball gun.
The government of Uzbekistan told U.S. authorities on Wednesday that it is ready to provide resources and information to help the investigation.
Meanwhile, U.S. President Donald Trump is hoping to toughen immigration controls,... tweeting Wednesday that he ordered Homeland Security to take its so-called extreme vetting up a notch.
