How to clean range hood filters... How about using the products you probably have at home in the cupboard to easily clean the range hood filters, but which to use?
Cleaning the grease from the stove hood filters is a job we all tend to forget about, and after months or years of fats, grease, steam and smoke build up we are going to need something pretty special to remove that grimey stuff.
I try 3 different cleaning methods and show you the results. You can judge for yourself and chose the one you prefer. I hope this video helps you out with this cleaning chore.

For this I used;
1. Dishwasher powder or crumbled up dishwasher tablet
2. Baking Soda and Dish detergent
3.Spray oven cleaner

these all took 20-30 mins to work, during this time I made a baking soda and water paste and cleaned the stainless steel extractor fan housing.
