Our customer Ratsherrn Brewery in Hamburg, is deeply rooted in northern Germany; their goal is to produce locally by entering into regional partnerships and sourcing important raw materials from the region to make their craft brews.
Since 2022 Ratsherrn has been growing the majority of their brewing barley on the island of Rügen; it then makes the journey to our Hamburg maltings to be expertly turned from barley grains to brewing malt by our master maltsters.
We're happy to be part of the process for Ratsherrn to brew fresh, regional and sustainable beer.
