If you think that the Harrier has a limited warload from a carrier....it doesn't, you can launch with whatever load you wish....though you must ensure that you have 20kts over the deck (the carrier should always sail into the wind so should never be an issue). You can increase weight even further by having 4 bags and 2 Mk20s (not that your ever likely to need that) and still launch from the Tarawa.
