Sri M gives a brief introduction to the essence of Ashtanga Yoga, from Patanjali's Yoga Sutras.
Sri M says, "Patanjali was the person who made Yoga so orderly and systematic and put it in the form of Sutras which was called Ashtanga Yoga - the Yoga of eight limbs. Ashtanga yoga gives a step by step method of trying to clear the muck from the mind and freeing it from all the conditionings and the adaptations that have taken place, so that the mind becomes pure and in a pure mind, is reflected the self..."
