Information taken straight from Rampidzier's guide on gamefaqs:
Requirements: Without losing a single ally, personally defeat all enemy generals except for Ieyasu Tokugawa.

Very simple, but takes time and skill to actually do it. Remember to take as many base captains as you can, as logn as they're within your path because they seem to boost your morale when you take them.

As long as you have a pretty good Masamune, then this shouldn't be too hard.
