Mostima's Module Upgrade boosts her talent Subjective Time Dilation. It now slows enemies within attack range by 30% (33% with Potential 5) and enemies out of attack range by 18% (not affected by Skill 3). With this module upgrade and combining with Skill 3, which boosts this talent by 300%, Mostima can now slow enemies within attack range by 90% or even 99%. In Arknights, the slowest movement speed possible is 0.1 block/s, with most of the enemies moving at around 1 block/s. This module allows her to slow a good half of the enemies to the slowest speed, and even to cover the entirety of slowable enemies to 0.1 with potential 5.
