From the makers of last week's black truffle-infused hot sauce comes their white truffle seasonal. This one is a deliciously muted experience, with subtle aromas of truffle interweaving with garlic, coriander and cumin. This balances fantastically with the up-front sweetness and mild burn to create a sauce with the spirit of truffle that's still subtle enough to go on food as a condiment. Great sauce, cannot recommend more, but the price is extremely steep at over $30.
