London police says George Michael will appear in court January 11th to face charges of being unfit to drive.
Michael - who's 43 - was arrested last October after complaints about a car blocking an intersection in north London. Police say he was found passed out inside the car.
Michael received a warning for marijuana possession and was charged with being unfit to drive. He was released on bail.
He got another warning for pot possession back in February.
In April, he hit three parked cars. He later acknowledged that he's a "terrible driver" and said he was trying to maneuver out of a parking spot.
Before he started his solo career, Michael rose to fame in the 1980's as part of the duo Wham!
In 1998, Michael was arrested for lewd conduct in a Los Angeles public toilet after being spotted by an undercover police officer. Soon after, he said publicly for the first time that he's gay.
