Welp, I tried my best, but safe to say, I kinda suck at this game, almost as much as my thumbnail.

To unlock Full Power Chaos Boost, you gotta get S-Rank on all levels for Shadow (and possibly Sonic, not sure of this) and then go to Dusty Desert, finish Omega's section, and somewhere around Shadow's section, you'll find an open door with a glider inside (or a G.U.N Truck, can't remember) and through that hall, you'll find a Memory Shard, which unlocks Shadow's full power. In other words, you get Shadow's Semi-Super Shadow form.
