Ingredients:

-50ml Beefeater Dry Gin
-Bunch of fresh basil
-25ml fresh lemon juice
-10 ml agave syrup
-2.5ml extra virgin olive oil
-Garnish: basil leaf.

Method:

- Pour 50ml Beefeater London Dry Gin into a shaker.
-Add 10ml agave syrup and 2.5ml olive oil.
-Add 25ml lemon juice and a bunch of fresh basil.
--Strain into a glass filled with crushed ice.
-Garnish with a basil leaf.
