Pizza sauce recipe No Cook

👩🍳Ingredients for the dough
1 cup loosely packed gluten free self raising flour
1/2 cup (less 1 tbs) milk light or full fat or almond milk
👩🍳For the pizza sauce hack
2 heaped tbs tomato paste
1 tbs tomato sauce/ketchup
1 tbs water
1 tsp oil
Garlic powder
Dried herbs of choice eg oregano, rosemary, basil or Italian mix
👩🍳For the homemade self raising flour
Make plain or all purpose flour into self-raising by adding
1 teaspoon baking powder to every cup (125g ) of plain flour, and then sifting this mixture a few times to distribute the baking powder through the flour evenly.
If you don’t have baking powder and you have baking Soda or (bicarbonate soda) then for this recipe just add 1/4 tsp of baking soda to 1 cup flour and combine well with a whisk then and 1/2 tsp of lemon or vinegar to the milk and mix until a dough ball forms.
Bake in lower 3rd of conventional oven (no circulating air) at 230-250C for a crispy base. No need to precook the base.
Heat a tray for a couple of minutes before sliding pizza in.
Remember to remove baking paper about 2 minutes or less or until base had set.
