In Kigumo, Illicit liquor worth millions of shillings was destroyed after area MP Jamleck Kamau led a team of security personnel and the community in raiding illicit brew dens. The illicit liquor was burnt at Muthithi and Kahumbu villages amidst women’s ululations and songs as they chanted praises to President Uhuru Kenyatta for the initiative.
