She advised vitiligo patients not to take society & their bullshit comments seriously. Don’t mind them. Don’t let them take a heavy toll on your body. The patients get discoloration because there is less melanin formation & less working of melanocytes. Due to this, your normal skin tone goes to Hypopigmentation, and it gets changed.

2). Figs: Figs have a lot of copper content, i.e., 3%. And copper is very much essential for vitiligo patients. Figs help to increase your melanin production.
3). Dates: Dates are rich in several essential minerals & vitamins. They are a great source of the vitamin B complex. A deficiency of vitamin B complex sometimes causes anemia, as well. And it will affect your melanin production. So, eating dates are great for vitiligo patients.

4). Dried Apricots: They will help you in melanin production. And also fulfill the deficiency of some micro-nutrients.
