We think this is the best Thanksgiving turkey brine recipe so we're sharing it with you!

In this recipe, we use apple cider and honey to create a turkey brine with a subtly sweet apple flavor that will keep your turkey moist and juicy throughout cooking.

Smoked Turkey Brine Recipe:
2 gallons of apple cider
1 cup of kosher salt
1/2 cup of honey
2 cinnamon sticks
7 whole cloves
1-inch stick of fresh ginger, sliced thin
1 orange
1 red apple
1 green apple
1 raw whole turkey, fresh or defrosted
1 5-gallon bucket (see notes)
