Here is another RWT by the National Weather Service in Ruskin, Florida. I recorded the audio from Weather Underground's weather radio stream since I can't get good reception. You can hear a weird "rubbing" sound in the background. This is from KHB32's antenna. I get the same sound on my radio that is heard on the stream. Maybe some troubleshooting is needed.
