In this video I'm showcasing to you guys the diet that I followed during the initial days of my weight loss journey. I lost the first 24 Kgs on this diet plan out of the total 65 KGs. This is a relatively low carb diet coupled with intermittent fasting.

Chicken curry recipe:
Ingredients: ghee, chopped garlic, jeera, chopped green chilli, ginger garlic paste, onions,boneless chicken, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala, dhaniya powder.
Recipe:
In a Kadhai add 2 tbsp of ghee(15-20g). After the pan heats up add jeera and after 20 seconds add chopped garlic(4-5 cloves) and green chilli(2 chillis). Cook on medium low flame.After 20 seconds add chopped onions(3-4 small onions) and sauté till golden(3mins) and ginger garlic paste (1 bucks tbsp) cook for 3mins. Add 5-6 small tomatoes and cook for 2 mins. To this add your boneless chicken and give the ingredients a good mix. Add salt and turmeric. Add the other spices. Cover the Kadhai and cook for 15 mins( till the chicken is completely cooked and there is no more vapour leaving the pot)
Sunny side up eggs recipe: in a bowl crack open two eggs. Try to keep the egg yolk intact. In a non stick pan add 1 tbsp of ghee/butter. To this add the eggs. Now grate some cheese (optional) on top and add seasonings as per your taste.
Vegetable stir fry: chop some veggies like assorted bell pepper, beans, carrot and throw them all in a pan with olive oil. Toss the veggies and voila.
