Welcome to this Kundalini Yoga Meditation called the Mercury Projection Meditation. This Meditation helps with communication which can get messy during Mercury Retrograde.
You don't have to use it only during Mercury Retrograde, but any time you feel your communication is off.
This meditation also brings in clarity and calmness during mental chaos.
In this video I will give a short explanation, guide you through the steps for the meditation, and then you can practice the Meditation along with me for 3 minutes. Try it out to fully experience and embody the wisdom of the Meditation.
