I want to find the spiciest food in the world and my first stop is Japan where I try their spiciest ramen in Tokyo. My point of view with spice comes from Lao food so I'm curious if other cuisines can top the spice level. This ramen was close up there. Its from the restaurant Kikanbo and it came with braised pork belly, fresh ramen noodles, and a broth thats been stewing with several other spices. I loved this dish and would recommend it.
