This keto cornbread that doesn't have corn in it is just as good as the real one. It tastes wonderful and is a good choice for a snack. It's a perfect substitute over the traditional cornbread, for those on keto.
Ingredients:
½ cup Almond Flour
1 Egg
1 tbsp Erythritol
2 tbsp Melted Butter
2 tbsp Heavy Cream
1 tbsp Baking Powder
pinch of Salt
Procedure:
1. Stir together all ingredients in a microwave-safe mug.
2. Set in the microwave for 2-3 minutes
