For this super-easy recipe you will need:
1 medium red onion
3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons of filtered water
½ to 1 teaspoon of honey
½ teaspoon of sea salt
¼ teaspoon of ground black pepper
Clean one red onion and thinly slice it.
Prepare the marinade by combining apple cider vinegar, water, honey, salt and pepper.
Add sliced onion and squoosh it with your hand white coating in marinade until onion becomes translucent.
Transfer to a glass jar with the lid and keep in the refrigerator.
