The troubled actor begged estranged wife Jennifer Garner to take him to one of his favorite places -- the Jack In the Box drive-thru -- as she chauffeured him to rehab in Malibu after staging at intervention at his Pacific Palisades home. A belligerent Ben told Jen, "I don't care," as paparazzi filmed his strange behavior in the back seat. Jen finally rolled up the window, parked the car, and sent a friend inside to get a burger for Ben.
