The Sopranos Episode “Down Neck” (S1E7) begins with AJ stealing Sacramental Wine. As part of his punishment he has to spend time with his Grandma, but when he goes, his main concern is eating a pear from the fruit bowl. So Wine + Pear = Chrissy and I doing this recipe from the Soprano Family Cookbook (on page 131) Pears Al Vino Bianco aka Pears in White Wine.
