Merry Christmas. We hope your day is full of love, family, and laughter as you spend time together celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ. The last couple days, we have shared Christmas songs sung by Leah Rose Fisher; today, with great anticipation, we introduce you to the AAI’s Assyrian Children’s Choir. They raise their voices singing “Carol of the Bells” in the Assyrian language.
This debute performance of AAI’s Assyrian Children’s Choir features 22 singers, ages 6-16, and 1 handbell player. The children are talented and musically inclined, and with a strong leadership from Sveenie Betsargis, they will sing in a four-part harmony. We have no doubt, after you hear them sing, you would agree that AAI’s Assyrian Children’s Choir should be considered one of our nation’s treasure.
