We thought better to be late than never.
In this post, we are going to enjoy breakfast from Mexico.
We are aware Mexican food are spicy and common ingredients which comes to our mind are jalapeno, beans etc. Of course we can't skip tortillas.
Chilaquiles is made with tortillas and salsa is the basic recipe. Apart from it, we can play around with the toppings like avocado, cheese, eggs etc. Our family's verdict about this recipe is something similar to Indian version of Chilly Parota 🤣
