City of Hope's president of health innovation and policy Harlan Levine, M.D., lead a #SXSW24 panel to discuss one of the biggest obstacles to reducing cancer deaths: access to the latest breakthroughs in cancer care.
Along with Ysabel Duron from The Latino Cancer Institute and Erika Smith from Los Angeles Times, Levine and the "Cancer Innovations and Those Who Are Left Behind" panel unpacked policy reform efforts and collaborative partnerships that are breaking down systemic barriers in cancer care.
