Ingredients:
4 lbs small diced pork shoulder butt roast
For the salsa verde
8 roasted tomatillos
2 roasted Anaheim or hatch peppers
1/2 roasted onion
2 garlic cloves
Handful of cilantro
1 tsp chicken bouillon
1 tsp salt
6-10 jalapeños or serranos
For the guisado
3 roasted, peeled and cut into strips hatch/anaheim peppers
3 small diced potatoes
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp oregano
1 serving of love 💕
