I introduce my new Myron Mixon Gen 3 Barq 2400 and give my first impressions.

Update - Talked to the one of the owners of SmokinBrothers and he told me that the drip pan and heat deflector are both made of heavy gauge carbon steel *not stainless*, because they retain heat better.
