The Earth Star Chakra, also called the Super Root, draws a deep connection to the Earth’s core, connecting our personal energies to the greater earthly and universal energies. The Earth Star is the foundation of the entire energy system. It directly connects us to the power of Mother Earth. This connection allows for feelings of grounding, stability, and wellbeing- helping us to find mindfulness, self-awareness, and focus.
