Most schools in the Charlotte area will have some type of virtual learning this year. With COVID-19 sill spreading in the Carolinas, many teachers, students and families are embracing the new normal, but what will it look like? Let's connect the dots. As it turns out, there's a difference in e-learning and virtual learning. Virtual learning is more interactive, where students join live lessons with teachers and have the opportunity to ask questions and chat with classmates. Compare this to e-learning, which is where students use their computer to complete assignments or exams at their own pace. Some schools may use a mixture of both this upcoming year, as administrators juggle reopening classrooms and the safety of employees and students from coronavirus. #WakeUpCLT
