The APAP|NYC “5 Minutes to Shine” (5MTS) competition is an opportunity to share a compelling story about you and/or your organization’s stellar idea aimed at building arts audiences. In partnership with The Wallace Foundation, we are looking for compelling stories based upon one or more strategies identified in The Wallace publication The Road to Results: Effective Practices for Building Arts Audiences. ​

APAP, the Association of Performing Arts Professionals (formerly Association of Performing Arts Presenters), is the national service, advocacy and membership organization for the performing arts presenting sector and the convener of APAP|NYC, the world’s leading gathering of performing arts professionals, every January in New York City.
