Extreme Industrial Machines ever Made - Part 1
Below are the 5 most extreme, largest and biggest industrial machines ever build:
1. Fractum:
The rock pile and comfortable mining machine is here. The Fractum breaker is the largest hammer in the world. It does not require blasting of rock or secondary blasting at all. The Fractum uses no Chisel. No additional money required, It can be operated by standard excavators. It makes rock breaking extremely safe. If max size for broken material is 600mm then Its breaking capacity is 200 t/h. If max size for broken material is 1000 mm as many mines can accept, the capacity is 400 t/h. Broken rock can easily be transported.
2. Trencher: Trencher is used to dig trenches for construction.
Trenchers come in different sizes and use different digging implements.
Wheel trencher: A wheel trencher or rockwheel is composed of a toothed metal wheel. The wheel may reach variable cutting depths with the same tool.
Chain trencher: A chain trencher cuts with a digging chain or belt. It can cut ground that is too hard to cut with a bucket-type excavator. Most useful in narrow cuts and deep trenches.
3. Train Snow Blower:
It blows snow from railway tracks. Rotary snow blower
4. SK3500D:
SK3500D is the biggest demolition machine in the world. The Kobelco SK3500D crane was designed as a tool for demolition of very tall structures. With a maximum working height of 213 feet or 65 meters this is the equivalent of a 21 story building. Reaching up with it’s long arm a mechanical claw is used to demolish the building. With a cutting force of 1300 kN there’s not much it can’t crush. This machine has an operating mass of 327 tons and a top speed of 0.7 mph or 1.1 km/h. The sk3500d is shipped onto site in a handful of pieces where’s it’s assembled for the demolition.
With a working radius of 72 feet or 22 meters it makes quick work of the job which is usually old plants, foundries and sometimes buildings.
5. Epiroc Mining machine:
This is the most advanced mining machine. It is heavy duty and work autonomously.
