Hello my friends!

Today I've made a very healthy food with pork and lettuce, inspired from the greek fricasee with egg lemon sauce. This is a very healthy food you can make for lunch or dinner.

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 kg pork meat
- 2-3 lettuce
- 1 onion
- 4 green onions
- 30 ml olive oil
- dill
- 100 ml white wine
- litre of water
- salt and pepper
For more flavor you can add leek or celery

For the egg lemon sauce
- juice from 1-2 lemons (50 ml)
- 1 egg
- 2 yolks
- 1 tsp cornstarch
