I built my own motorcycle tire change stand. Dimensions and parts. Show you that it works! Forgot to say, when I mounted the M12 Bolt in the top, I drilled a hole in the metal plate, pushed the bolt up through it and welded it on both sides. I did have the unfair advantage of owning a MIG welder with flux core 035 wire and having a bunch of scrap steel lying around. Not very common place for the average motorcycle owner...

Green spray bottle: 2 Tablespoons "SIMPLE GREEN" mixed with water. Use this or some type of soapy water mix like JOY etc to help lubricate the tire as it slips over the rim.
Other container: Talcum powder. Put this in the tire before you put it on the rim so that the tube doesn't chaff against the tire.
