Tropical Storm Bonnie has formed about an hour ago. It currently has winds of 40 mph. It is moving towards the east coasts of Costa Rica and Nicaragua and will likely make landfall later tonight. After landfall, the National Hurricane Center forecasts it to move into the Eastern Pacific as a tropical cyclone and become a hurricane to the south of Mexico.
