In this video Uwe will walk you through how to find your sitz bones. Your sitz bones are very important because you need to be able to know where they are in order to sit with proper posture. Uwe will show you a brief (feldenkrais inspired) way to find them and feel more connected to them. Once you have a good idea where they are and how to sit on them, this will be very helpful in sitting in all chairs going forward, not just QOR360 chairs.
