As ordered by the State Election Commission, re-polling of the first phase of the Panchayat Polls successfully started today in Biswanath along with several parts of the state.
Voters are making a beeline since 7 am today to cast their votes at Gup Sadharoo Kachari Line LP School polling booth.
It may be mentioned that the first phase of the Panchayat polls turned violent in the polling booth after a group of irked locals set the ballot papers on fire.
