Anjeer barfi is made of figs, dates and nuts, an easy guilt free sweet that is sugar free and can be prepared under 20 minutes. Anjeer Burfi is really simple to make and is healthier than most others.

. Chop Figs into small pieces
. Deseed dates and chop into small pieces
. Chop dryfruits
. Mash the both things
. into a pan add poppy seed , roast them
. Add ghee and mash mixture of dates and figs
. cook for 3-4 mins and greased plate and mold it

INGREDIENTS:
400-500 gms seedless khajur/dates
200 grms figs
2 tbsp ghee/clarified butter
2 tbsp khuskhus/poppy seeds
150 gms mixed nuts (almonds,cashews,pistachios)
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
