- Wear tight-fitting clothes, generally whatever you are going to wear under your suit. This includes a back protector, air vest, etc.
- Use a cloth tape measure with CM numbers. DO NOT measure in inches and convert to CM!
- Mark key areas on your body with tape, chalk or some or marking tool.
