In 2009 I decided to quit added sugar for 30 days, after reading the book Suicide By Sugar. In this video, I share my experience, as well as some scientific data, plus the benefits & withdrawal effects of quitting almost all forms of added sugar.
After the initial 30 days, my results were so fantastic, I decided to give up added sugar for good (except for once a year, on my birthday).
