Welcome back to Naval Gazing at Camp David.

The new Seawind 1370!

As the future Ruby Rose Two, the Seawind 1370 is probably the most reviewed and covered prelaunch in history. Neither La Vagabond with their new Rapido 60 or Gone with the Wynns with their new HH OC44 have provided such an in depth peek into the build process as Nick and Teresa have produced.

With that said, and facing the intimidatingly expansive technical knowledge of Nick on this, and almost any other boat, I am wading into our review with a certain trepidation…but here goes!

Today we are going to

1. Review its specifications, pricing and layout against three similar new vessels.

2. Do a full tour asking, "What would Sylvia say?"

3. Have a look at the used market for 3-5 year old comparables

4. And finally give it a "Dave Score" and compare the result with all our previously reviewed yachts.
