For this tierlist, i chose these exercises: wrist curl, wrist extension, behind the back wrist curl, deadlift, row, hammer curl, reverse curl, fat gripz, grippers, wrist roller, farmers walk, dead hang, rice bucket training, zottman curls. All of the rankings are based on my own experience, and not on useless scientific studies. But you should always keep in mind, that everyone is different, and something that works for me, might not be so great for you. So dont forget that!
