If climate change is impacting our health, what is the cure?

With earlier wildfire activity, unprecedented extreme heat waves and increased risk of both flooding and drought, we are increasingly seeing the impacts of climate change all around us. Climate change is no longer a distant threat, it is our current reality.

In this thought-provoking discussion, we explored how climate change impacts our health, the role of climate-health science in global decision-making and how health equity is a climate solution.
We delved into this (and more) with U of A professor, Sherilee Harper, at the third installment of the President’s Speaker Series and heard how climate change impacts everything that we care about and what we can do about it.
