At CIC May 2019 Graduation, Melike Celik delivered an emotional Vote of Thanks to the audience.

When Melike started at CIC in 2017, she was determined to get involved in the school and make an impact on the student body. She was selected in the first cohort of the Elite Pathway Partnership Program with the University of Toronto.

Melike's work in the Model United Nations Conference in UN Headquarters and her trip to Ecuador to help a community in need to build a water tower, inspired her to run her own social justice club in the school.
