Sub way Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients for Chicken Preparation:
Oil 2 tbsp
Chicken chunks 500 g
Nestlé MilkPak Yogurt 1/2 cup
Cumin powder 1 tbsp
Paprika powder 1 tbsp
Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Sandwich Sauce:
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Hot sauce 1 tbsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Ketchup 2 tbsp
Mustard sauce 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp

Ingredients for Assembling:
Sandwich bread as required
Prepared sandwich sauce as required
Tomato slices as required
Cucumber slices as required
Prepared chicken as required

Directions for Chicken Preparation:
1. In a pan heat oil and add chicken. Cook until chicken changes color. Now add Nestlé MilkPak Yogurt, cumin powder, paprika powder, black pepper crushed, coriander powder, chili sauce, salt, red chili powder and cook until chicken is fully done. Set aside.
Directions for Sandwich Sauce Preparation:
2. In a bowl add mayo, hot sauce, garlic powder, ketchup, mustard paste, salt and mix it well. Set aside.
Directions for Assembling:
3. Take a sandwich bread and spread sauce on it, place lettuce leaves, tomato slices, cucumber slices, chicken on top and drizzle sauce again. Place the top bun and set aside.
4. Your Subway Chicken Sandwich is ready.
